FullCircle’s team of Lineage experts have been working with this Lloyd’s Canada, managed, portal since its release into the Lloyd’s market. Our expertise centralises around the core understanding of how this Lineage on-line portal communicates monthly with London market systems and processes, especially the nuances this sometimes creates in reserving accuracy.

Our service offers a monthly report which addresses static claims, reserve anomalies and Lineage administrator performance. The analysis of the management information around these important areas of Lineage aims to offer better understanding of reserving, Scheme Advances (i.e. cash calls) and individual claim handling.   FullCircle also offer Lineage training to London administrators and users (this can be done 1 to 1 or for large groups).

Since our Lineage service was implemented, FullCircle have rectified thousands of dollars in financial leakage, resolved thousands of static claims and provided insight and solutions into reserving, administration issues and anomalies which have remained unaddressed within Lineage for over a decade.
