Full Bordereau Management

FullCircle have designed and constructed “Full Bordereau Management” as a premier bordereau administration service for the London market which can be implemented at zero cost into a Lloyd’s or Company insurer’s Delegated Authority business.

All losses within the bordereau are cross checked and referenced by FullCircle to the highest standard and all losses outside of authority are reported to the relevant London claims adjuster as a matter of urgency. This implementation allows our customer’s experts to concentrate on the claims of interest and value. Each member of our team (irrespective of previous experience) is trained from the ground up in the bordereau administration and management process utilised by FullCircle, as well as the claims philosophy incorporated by our customers.

The bordereau administration process integrates perfectly when implemented within either Binding Authority or Bulking Line slip facilities but is certainly not restricted to these two types of placements. The bordereau can be assigned to FullCircle at any point in the claims process. The service is intended to be an extension of our customer’s claims teams and can synchronise with their current workflow system, therefore removing any potential, logistical or administrative issues. It is essential for this service to align FullCircle to our customer’s claims handling philosophies and practices to ensure parity and cohesion with their required claims ethos.
